Matt Covington represented the seller, Woodruff Investment Partners, LLC, in the sale of the 8,006 SF shopping center located in front of Target and across from Magnolia Park at 1106 Woodruff Road in Greenville. The property sold for $2,950,000 and was renovated with a new façade, roof, awnings, and signage. Pacific Dental is the anchor to the center and occupies the end cap. The purchaser was Legacy Woodruff, LLC and is part of the Legacy Holdings investment fund based in Greenville. Taylor Vick of Blue Ridge Asset Management serves as manager of the fund and represented Legacy in the transaction.
