We are proud to be part of the team that sold 231 and 235 Apple Valley Road in Duncan, South Carolina for $32,270,000. It was great to see the culmination of the Apple Valley Industrial Park – Phase I development from start to finish. Ryan Koop was instrumental in assembling the land for Panattoni Development Corporation, leasing the properties in conjunction with CBRE, and assisting Cushman & Wakefield with the disposition of the fully occupied 373,320 SF. Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP) was the purchaser.
